Sean Paul Named Top Selling Reggae Artist of Decade and Year

As the decade comes to a close in a few weeks, a lot of publications are doing retrospective lists. Billboard did a top selling artists one.

Congrats to Sean Paul who was listed as Top Selling Reggae Artist for the decade and also for the year.
